Elite Fitness Lab is a sports performance and training facility in Purcell, Oklahoma. My name is Austin Lawrence. I have a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, and I founded EFL to bring the kind of structured, intentional training that's usually reserved for college and professional athletes to athletes right here in Oklahoma.
One thing worth knowing upfront: I'm the only coach at EFL. Every athlete trains directly with me. There's no rotating staff, no junior trainers. That's a deliberate choice — it means every program I write actually gets coached.
What's available at EFL
HS Performance Lab — Strength and speed training for high school athletes ages 12 and up. Programs are built around your sport and your season, delivered through BridgeAthletic and updated as you progress.
Youth Lab — Athletic development for kids ages 9 to 13. The focus is building the physical foundation that makes every sport easier: coordination, body control, strength, and the ability to move well.
Adult Strength Lab — Serious strength and conditioning for adults. Structured, progressive programming built around your goals — not a group fitness class.
Return to Performance (R2P) — A structured program for athletes coming back from surgery. Designed to get you back to full athletic activity, not just cleared for light exercise.
Athlete Mobility and Recovery Lab — Private sessions focused on how well your body moves and how well it recovers from hard training.
Elite Recovery Lab — Structured recovery work for athletes who are actively training and want to stay healthy for the long haul.
How to get started
Everything starts with a short movement assessment so I can see how your body moves before building your program. EFL is at 21099 Oklahoma-39, Purcell, OK. Call or text (405) 442-0390 or book at elitefitnesslabok.com.
