Youth Lab (Ages 8–12)
Foundational coordination, movement quality, and athletic development.
Youth Lab builds the movement foundation young athletes need before strength or speed training matters. Sessions focus on coordination, balance, posture, landing mechanics, and body control...skills that carry into every sport and reduce long-term injury risk.
Each session uses a structured small-group format (up to 6 athletes) with coaching tailored to attention span, maturity, and readiness. Athletes work through:

Movement prep for posture, joint control, and rhythm

Foundational patterns like squat, hinge, lunge, crawl, jump/land

Coordination + agility stations (no reactive plyos, no heavy loading)

Short reset/cooldown to reinforce what they learned
Youth Lab is ideal for kids who need structure, confidence, and movement literacy...not workouts built for older athletes.
This is where good habits form, and where athletes learn to move well before they’re asked to move fast or strong with heavy weight.
