HS Performance Training
Semi-private athlete sessions (ages 12 +).
Structured strength + speed work in 5-athlete groups with individualized coaching. Focus: strength, mobility, sprint mechanics, posture, deceleration, and resilience.
Athlete Mobility & Recovery Lab
Semi-private recovery and activation blocks (15–25 min table + 15–25 min mobility).
Ideal for in-season or fatigued athletes who need targeted resets without overloading.
Return-to-Performance (R2P)
1-on-1 bridge between PT and full training.
Combines manual therapy, CARE-style movement work, and progressive strength to rebuild readiness and confidence.
Youth Lab (Ages 9–13)
Semi-private youth athletic development.
Builds coordination, balance, and body control through structured movement and play. Parents trust Youth Lab to teach strong habits early.
Elite Recovery Lab (ERL)
Licensed massage therapy and hands-on recovery (60–75 min).
Hands-on work using cupping, percussion, and soft-tissue techniques. Each recovery session finishes with targeted reactivation to connect treatment back to movement and lasting results.
