The Adult Strength Lab is for adults who want to train seriously — recreational athletes, competitive lifters, people with a specific performance goal, and anyone who has decided that getting older doesn't have to mean getting weaker.

What is it?

Structured, periodized strength and conditioning programming built around your goals. Not a group fitness class. Not a personal trainer counting reps. Actual programming with progressive overload, planned intensity, and a clear direction.

Adults with any fitness background who want a real training program. Whether the goal is a specific sport, a lifting total, body composition, or simply being strong and durable for the next several decades — the programming adapts to what you're actually trying to accomplish.

What equipment is available?

Barbell, landmine, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, bike, and the Freak Athlete for posterior chain and Nordic-style work. No machines. Everything is free weight and functional.

How is it different from just going to a gym?

The difference is structure and progression. Most people who train on their own work hard but don't progress systematically. Adult Strength Lab programs are built in training blocks with intentional load progressions, so you're always building toward something — not just accumulating workouts.
