Athlete Mobility and Recovery Lab: Private Training for Movement and Recovery

The Athlete Mobility and Recovery Lab offers private sessions focused on two things: how well your body moves, and how well it recovers from training and competition.

Who is this for?

Athletes at any level who have specific movement limitations, are managing chronic tightness or minor injuries, or want to invest in the physical qualities that keep them training and competing long-term. Also useful for athletes in heavy training blocks who need structured recovery work built into their schedule.

What happens in a session?

Sessions are private and built around what you specifically need. That might be targeted mobility work for a restricted hip or shoulder, movement pattern correction, soft tissue work, or a recovery protocol designed around your current training load. No two sessions are identical because no two athletes have identical needs.

How is this different from stretching on your own?

Stretching on your own is better than nothing. Private sessions are better than stretching on your own. The difference is accurate assessment of what's actually limited, why it's limited, and what will actually change it — versus generic flexibility work that feels good but doesn't move the needle.

How often should I come?

Depends on your situation. Some athletes come weekly as a maintenance practice. Others come for a focused block to address a specific issue. That gets determined in the first session.
