Service Description
This semi-private session is for athletes (ages 13+) training to improve control, posture, sprint quality, and strength. Each athlete works through a structured program within a 4-person group, with coaching tailored to their current ability and goals. Sessions include movement prep, strength/speed blocks, and cooldown reset. Designed for athletes serious about improving how they move.
