Adult Strength Lab is a semi-private, movement-first strength program built specifically for adults who want to stay strong, pain-free, and capable for years to come. Every session begins with a short movement preparation phase to restore joint mobility and postural alignment before loading. You’ll train through functional strength patterns with professional coaching on every rep - no random workouts, no wasted time. This program is ideal for: Adults returning to training after time off Those who want to improve strength without risking injury Former athletes who want structure without the grind of competitive training Sessions are capped at 5 participants, so you get the personal attention you need while benefiting from the group energy. Each client works from an individualized plan that’s scaled to your ability, so you progress at your own pace while building the foundations of lasting strength.
