MY TRAINING PROGRAMS

COMMON QUESTIONS

Is EFL personal training?

EFL uses individualized coaching, but the system is organized around athlete development, progressive programming, movement quality, and performance rather than random workouts.

Is EFL physical therapy?

No. EFL does not diagnose injuries or replace physical therapy. Medical clearance is required before starting Return-to-Performance. Training stays within relevant medical restrictions.

Do I need to buy a plan before booking?

Not always. Start from Book Online or Schedule. If a session can use a package, the available payment or plan options appear during the booking process.

What happens at the first session?

Austin reviews your goals, training history, current status, and movement needs, then determines the appropriate starting point and next progression.

How are small groups individualized?

Athletes may share a session time, but exercise selection, loading, progressions, coaching cues, and readiness decisions are adjusted to the individual.

What forms are required?

Complete the annual waiver and intake before your first session. Renew on the anniversary of completion and update sooner if your health or participation status changes. Table work also requires the Table Work Intake & Consent. Find both on Forms & Waivers.

Which service should I choose?

Use Find Your Starting Point below. Contact Austin if you’re unsure.

Is mobility still part of training?

Yes. I include mobility and movement work when it fits your training. Recovery & Mobility is a separate private appointment when you want dedicated table work, assisted stretching and focused recovery.

Is Recovery & Mobility included in my training or Hybrid plan?

A dedicated Recovery & Mobility appointment is booked separately. Your training or Hybrid plan keeps the sessions and coaching already included in that purchase.

What happens to a mobility or recovery package I already bought?

Your purchased sessions keep their applicable terms. Contact me if you need help confirming your remaining sessions or booking route.
