Service Description
Structured small-group training for athletes ages 9–12. Sessions teach movement fundamentals — how to squat, land, hinge, and control their body — before any intensity is added. Athletes work in groups of six or fewer, progressing through defined stages as they demonstrate readiness. This is where athletic habits form and movement confidence is built — the foundation for everything that comes after.
