Active Adults HIIT
Training Description
A 30-minute coached HIIT group class for adults: a mobility warm-up, a coached interval set, and a mobility cooldown. 7 people or fewer, every move scaled to you. Tue/Thu at 6:00 AM. First class Tue Nov 17, 2026. Join after Nov 17 and you start Tue Jan 5, 2027. Founding members pay $69 for the first 4 weeks, then $89 every 4 weeks.

Membership 8 classes every 4 weeks. Cancel your membership anytime before your next bill. Members can't pause; EFL pauses all memberships during the Dec 11 – Jan 4 holiday break, and billing resumes when classes restart Jan 5. Switching and Makeups You may switch to any open Active Adults HIIT class. 1 makeup class per 4-week cycle if a spot is open; call or text (405) 442-0390 to arrange it. Cancellations and No-Shows Cancelling or missing a class within 12 hours of start uses that class. Refunds Membership fees are non-refundable once a 4-week cycle starts. Cancel before your next bill to stop future charges. Before Your First Class Complete the Annual Waiver & Intake at https://www.elitefitnesslabok.com/annual-intake using your own name and booking email. If you completed it in the past year, call or text (405) 442-0390 so your record can be checked. Completion and review are required before you participate; a purchase or booking confirmation does not mean review is complete.
