Service Description

Elite Recovery Lab is EFL’s premium recovery service for athletes and active adults. Each 60–75 minute session may include manual therapy, IASTM, cupping, percussion, and targeted mobility work to restore function, reduce tension, and improve movement quality. Ideal for maintaining performance between training cycles, post-competition recovery, or returning from injury with clearance when required.

Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policies Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance via email, text, or in person. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure availability. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time without any penalty. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, the session will be considered canceled unless it's due to an emergency (e.g., sudden illness). Please contact Elite Fitness Lab immediately in such cases to avoid losing the session. Cancellations and No-Shows: Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be deducted from your package unless an emergency occurs. No-shows without prior notice will also result in the session being forfeited. Refunds and Extensions: Packages can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been used. Partial refunds are available after 7 days based on unused sessions, minus a $50 fee. Extensions may be granted for valid reasons like illness or injury at our discretion.
