These terms explain the expectations for using Elite Fitness Lab services.
SERVICES AND PARTICIPATION
I provide sports performance, mobility, recovery, and return-to-performance services within the scope described on this site. You agree to provide accurate information about relevant health history, restrictions, clearance, and training status and to follow coaching and facility instructions.
MEDICAL SCOPE
Elite Fitness Lab does not diagnose injuries or replace medical care or physical therapy. Medical rehabilitation, diagnosis, and clearance remain with the athlete’s licensed medical providers.
PAYMENT, PACKAGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Prices, package terms, expiration dates, rescheduling rules, and cancellation requirements shown during purchase or booking apply to that service. The Booking & Cancellation Policy is part of these terms.
CONDUCT AND SAFETY
Athletes, parents, and visitors must respect the facility, equipment, coach, and other athletes. I may pause or end participation when conduct or safety concerns require it.
RESULTS
Training and recovery outcomes vary by athlete. Elite Fitness Lab does not guarantee a specific medical, performance, scholarship, roster, or competition result.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND SEPARATE AGREEMENTS
Physical training and recovery services involve inherent risks. Before participation, clients or their legal guardians must complete the required waiver and intake, plus the Table Work Intake & Consent for table work. These website terms do not replace those separate agreements.
