Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Elite Fitness Lab, I value consistency and mutual respect for time. Because space is limited, advance booking is required. I have established these policies to ensure every athlete has the opportunity to complete their training and reach their goals.
You may reschedule any session up to 12 hours in advance at no cost. Changes made within the 12-hour window are treated as cancellations and may be deducted from your package. In cases of illness or emergency, please contact me directly to discuss your specific situation.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited. I cannot offer credits or make-ups for no-shows as that time was reserved exclusively for you.
Refunds and Extensions
Packages are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. After 7 days or once a package has been started, refunds for unused sessions may be approved at Austin’s discretion, less a $25 administrative fee. Extensions for illness, injury, or family emergencies are considered individually. Legally required refund rights take priority; the administrative fee does not apply where prohibited by law. Recovery & Mobility prepaid single appointments

These terms apply only to prepaid single Recovery & Mobility appointments. With at least 12 hours' notice before the appointment, you may choose a refund or rebooking. For a cancellation with less than 12 hours' notice or a no-show, the prepaid payment is forfeited. If I cancel the appointment, you may choose a refund or rebooking. Contact me to arrange a refund or rebooking. These terms do not add an automatic cancellation charge and do not reduce legally required refund rights or rights under an existing purchase agreement.

Recovery & Mobility four-visit package appointments

These appointment rules apply only to visits paid for with the new Recovery & Mobility four-visit package.

If you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment, you keep that visit credit. The package's existing expiry date stays the same unless I approve an extension.

If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice or do not attend, one visit credit is used. No additional automatic cancellation charge is added.

If I cancel your appointment, you may choose a replacement appointment or an $80 refund for that visit. No administrative fee applies to either option. If the replacement appointment we agree on falls after the package's expiry date, I will extend the package through that appointment date.

The existing package purchase-refund and extension policy continues to apply to other requests. These appointment rules do not reduce legally required refund rights or rights under an existing purchase agreement.
